What does ๐ฟ๐ฒ Zambia Flag mean?
A green field with an orange eagle in flight above a block of red, black and orange vertical stripes in the lower fly. Zambians celebrate Independence Day on 24 October and remember the Chipolopolo football teamโs Africa Cup of Nations win in 2012. Travellers use the flag for Victoria Falls, Devilโs Pool and walking safaris.
Technically, ๐ฟ๐ฒ is not a single character: it is the pair of regional indicator letters ๐ฟ ๐ฒ, which spell the region code ZM. Apps that support flags combine the two letters into a flag; Windows does not draw country flags, so on Windows you see the letters ZM instead โ the emoji still arrives as a flag on the recipientโs phone.
๐ฟ๐ฒ Zambia Flag is an emoji from the Flags category (country flags), added in Emoji 2.0 in 2015.
