What does 🥵 Hot Face mean?
Red-faced, sweating and panting with its tongue out, this face is badly overheated. It suits heat waves, intense workouts, saunas and seriously spicy food. In slang it also means someone looks “hot” in the attractive sense, usually in flirty or playful comments. Because that second reading is common, it is best kept for people who will take it the right way.
🥵 Hot Face is an emoji from the Smileys & Emotion category (unwell faces), added in Emoji 11.0 in 2018. People use it in messages about dying, feverish, heat, panting, red-faced and stroke.
