What does 🤧 Sneezing Face mean?
Holding a tissue to its nose, this face is mid-sneeze. It covers colds, hay fever, allergies and the sniffles in general, and practically invites a “bless you”. Online it has picked up a softer use too: sniffling after something emotional, like a touching video, said with a bit of humor. Context shows whether the tears come from pollen or feelings.
🤧 Sneezing Face is an emoji from the Smileys & Emotion category (unwell faces), added in Emoji 3.0 in 2016. People use it in messages about fever, flu, gesundheit, sick and sneeze.
