What does ๐ Fireworks mean?
Bursts of colourful fireworks lighting up a night sky, sometimes over a city skyline. This is the go-to emoji for big celebrations: New Yearโs Eve countdowns, the Fourth of July, Bonfire Night, Diwali, weddings and festival finales. Beyond actual fireworks it signals excitement or a dramatic moment โ sparks flying on a first date or a huge piece of news. Where ๐ suggests a single sparkler, ๐ is the full-scale show.
๐ Fireworks is an emoji from the Activities category (events & celebrations), added in Emoji 0.6 in 2010. People use it in messages about boom, celebration, entertainment and yolo.
