What does 🦜 Parrot mean?
A colourful parrot with a curved beak, often in bright red, green and blue. Parrots mimic speech, so it is used when someone repeats what another person said without thinking. It also brings tropical vibes, pirate costumes and talkative friends to mind. Slack users may know the dancing Party Parrot. Pet bird owners send it to share their chatty companions.
🦜 Parrot is an emoji from the Animals & Nature category (birds), added in Emoji 11.0 in 2018. People use it in messages about animal, bird, ornithology, pirate and talk.
