What does ๐ Stop Sign mean?
A red octagonal stop sign. It stands for stopping, halting, โenoughโ and setting boundaries. People send it to tell someone to stop, to pause a conversation, or to call out a bad idea before it goes any further. It also appears in driving and safety contexts. It is firmer and more official-looking than a simple โ.
๐ Stop Sign is an emoji from the Travel & Places category (ground transport), added in Emoji 3.0 in 2016.
