What does ๐ฆ Llama mean?
A fluffy llama with a long neck and upright ears, also used for alpacas. It evokes the Andes, Peru and woolly knitwear, and it is a favourite for puns: โno prob-llama,โ โfa la la la llamaโ at Christmas, and calling a dramatic friend a drama llama. Gamers may recognise it from the loot llama in Fortnite. Its quirky, slightly smug look makes it a fun reaction to someone acting unbothered.
๐ฆ Llama is an emoji from the Animals & Nature category (mammals), added in Emoji 11.0 in 2018. People use it in messages about alpaca, animal, guanaco, vicuรฑa and wool.
