What does ☢️ Radioactive mean?
The trefoil radiation symbol, three blades around a central dot, used to mark radioactive material. In conversation it is mostly figurative: something toxic, dangerous or wildly intense, such as a cursed meme, a disastrous date or a brutally hot sauce. Science fans and gamers use it literally too. It sits close to ☣️, but radiation hazards and biological hazards are different things.
☢️ Radioactive is an emoji from the Symbols category (warning signs), added in Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
