⛔No Entry Emoji

What does ⛔ No Entry mean?

A red circle with a white horizontal bar, the road sign for “do not enter”. In texts it means a firm no: off-limits topics, rooms you should stay out of, plans that are not happening. It can be serious, like a closed road, or a playful boundary, such as banning someone from the last slice of pizza. Where 🚫 is a general “not allowed”, this one borrows the traffic sign and often marks a line nobody should cross.

⛔ No Entry is an emoji from the Symbols category (warning signs), added in Emoji 0.6 in 2010. People use it in messages about do, fail, forbidden, not, pass and prohibited.
