What does 🥑 Avocado mean?
A halved avocado with its big brown pit. It is the poster child of brunch culture: avocado toast, guacamole, healthy fats and smoothie bowls. It is also linked to jokes about millennials spending money on avocado toast instead of saving for a house, and the line “you’re the avocado to my toast” makes it a cute way to call someone your perfect match. Pair it with 🌮 for taco night.
🥑 Avocado is an emoji from the Food & Drink category (vegetables), added in Emoji 3.0 in 2016. People use it in messages about food and fruit.
