What does ๐ Unlocked mean?

Gamers use it for achievements, and others use it to celebrate milestones, as in โnew skill unlockedโ. It can also mean a public account or something that is no longer private. Its opposite is ๐, the closed padlock.
๐ Unlocked is an emoji from the Objects category (locks & keys), added in Emoji 0.6 in 2010. People use it in messages about cracked, lock, open and unlock.
