What does ๐ Tongue mean?
Sticking out playfully, the tongue shows licking, tasting and cheekiness, and it can say food looks delicious. Paired with ๐ it gets extra goofy, like a kid blowing a raspberry. In some contexts it carries a flirty or sexual undertone, so it is worth thinking about how it will land before sending it to someone you do not know well.
๐ Tongue is an emoji from the People & Body category (body parts), added in Emoji 0.6 in 2010. People use it in messages about body, lick and slurp.
