What does 🥄 Spoon mean?
A single spoon. It covers soups, desserts, cereal and stirring coffee. Beyond the kitchen, “spooning” means cuddling, so it shows up in cozy messages. People living with chronic illness use “spoons” to measure daily energy, a concept known as spoon theory, so being out of spoons means having nothing left to give. It also fits phrases like being spoon-fed.
🥄 Spoon is an emoji from the Food & Drink category (dishware & utensils), added in Emoji 3.0 in 2016. People use it in messages about eat and tableware.
