What does ๐ Scroll mean?
A rolled parchment scroll. It brings to mind ancient texts, historical documents, royal decrees, treasure maps and fantasy lore. People use it for history topics, announcements written in a mock-formal tone, very long messages, or rules and lists that deserve a little grandeur. Gamers and fantasy fans use it for quests and spells. It feels far older and more ceremonial than ๐.
๐ Scroll is an emoji from the Objects category (books & paper), added in Emoji 0.6 in 2010.
