What does 🦕 Sauropod mean?
A long-necked dinosaur like a brontosaurus or brachiosaurus. It is a favourite for dinosaur-mad kids, museum trips and prehistoric facts. Its gentle, slightly goofy look makes it more cute than scary. People also use it to joke about feeling old, calling themselves a dinosaur, or for stretching their neck to see something. It often pairs with 🦖 for a full dino theme.
🦕 Sauropod is an emoji from the Animals & Nature category (reptiles & dinosaurs), added in Emoji 5.0 in 2017. People use it in messages about brachiosaurus, brontosaurus, dinosaur and diplodocus.
