What does ๐ค๐ฝ Right-Facing Fist: Medium Skin Tone mean?

๐ค๐ฝ Right-Facing Fist: Medium Skin Tone is an emoji from the People & Body category (hand gestures: closed fingers), added in Emoji 3.0 in 2016. People use it in messages about right-facing and rightwards.
