What does 📯 Postal Horn mean?
A curved brass post horn, once blown by mail coaches to announce their arrival. It still appears in postal logos in some countries, such as Germany, so the emoji can mean mail, deliveries and post offices. It also works as an old-fashioned fanfare for announcements or news, and its quirky look gives messages a ceremonial, slightly theatrical touch.
📯 Postal Horn is an emoji from the Objects category (sound & speakers), added in Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
