What does ๐ Milky Way mean?
A night sky filled with stars and the hazy band of the Milky Way galaxy. It stands for space, the universe, stargazing and a dreamy, cosmic mood. People use it for astrophotography, camping under dark skies, big existential thoughts and an aesthetic of wonder. It is wider and more atmospheric than single-star emojis like โญ.
๐ Milky Way is an emoji from the Travel & Places category (sky & weather), added in Emoji 0.6 in 2010.
