What does 🧢 Billed Cap mean?
A baseball cap with a curved brim. Literally it is a cap, a dad hat or sports merch. In slang, though, “cap” means a lie, so 🧢 is sent to call out someone exaggerating or fibbing, and “no cap” means “no lie, for real”. Replying with just 🧢 to a bold claim says “I don’t believe you”.
🧢 Billed Cap is an emoji from the Objects category (clothing & accessories), added in Emoji 5.0 in 2017. People use it in messages about baseball, bent, dad and hat.
